If You're A Rookie

If you have never done CrossFit before or are just vaguely familiar with it, do not fear.  You will be taken through a 1 Month (8 classes) on-ramp cycle where you will learn all the fundamental exercises that form the foundation of CrossFit.  These classes are short, typically ranging from 30-45 minutes.  During On Ramp you will learn the 9 Foundational Movements of our sport.  We'll start by learning the basics of the squat, press and deadlift and from there we will introduce a wide variety of movements that will be implemented on a weekly basis.  At the end of each class you will be put through a short CrossFit workout.

You MUST start at the beginning of the On Ramp cycle.  For example if you're wanting to join and the 1 month On Ramp classes have already started then you will be put in on the next On Ramp cycle.  On Ramp for January will start Wednesday the 3rd at 6:30pm.  Contact us for availability.

After completion of On Ramp you'll be able to join group classes.  The Monthly Rates are as follows (Unlimited Group Training and access to The Center for Fitness and Performance)
