-15 Minute AMRAP

10 Power Cleans (135/95)

20 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (75/45)

30 Alternating Jump Lunges

*This is the first time we've thrown jump lunges into the mix.  They are very spicy!  Solid job to everyone who met "Fran" yesterday.  She seems innocent but within 20 seconds of meeting her she will reveal her true identity!  Hoping to see everyone tomorrow for some more fun! 

*On another note this Saturday we will be doing a "HERO" WOD!  I hope everyone can make it.  We'll be starting the first heat at 8am again and we'll go until everyone has went through!

*For those of you who haven't met Fran, come introduce yourself to her tomorrow! :)  Good job to everyone on the Thruster/Run WOD.  Molly finished with the top score for the women at 60 reps and John (Kentucky CrossFitter who stopped in) finished with 60 reps as well!  See everyone tomorrow!

200 Meter Run

*Score is total Thrusters completed in 10 minutes

*Congratulations to everyone who threw down on Saturday during the infamous Fight Gone Bad!  It's one of the worst workouts out there and you all crushed it!  Today were looking at Heavy Back Squats followed by some moderate thrusters and short runs!  Should be fun :) See everyone tomorrow!

*I would like to take this opportunity to welcome our two newest members Zach and Josh.  Both came to the 5pm class and got after the Row/Wall Ball WOD and did so with impressive times.  I believe both were between 12-13 minutes.  They are ISU students and have been CrossFitting for almost a year.  It's great to have both of you on board!

*Today's WOD is a hero WOD, which means you go harder than normal:)  See everyone tomorrow!

*Great job to all who got after the deadlift/toe 2 bar workout yesterday.  Congratulations to those of you who received your first CrossFit Blister.  :)

*I hope to see everyone tomorrow for some rowing and wall ball fun!!  Don't forget that "Fight Gone Bad" is this Saturday, so there won't be a team workout as usual.  First heat will go at 9am.

*Great job to everyone who got after the 5 rounder from yesterday.  That many double unders or singles, combined with high rep box jumps and kettlebell swings is a recipe for nastiness!  Everyone pushed it like true champions.  Today's WOD won't be any easier, but I trust everyone will be just fine.  See you all tomorrow!

*Everyone did an awesome job today on the Turkish Get-ups.  It's definitely a foreign movment and one you'll be sure to get better at the more often you do it. 

Today's WOD should be one everyone can really push on.  I think the majority should be comfortable Thrustering the prescribed weight, if not we'll scale appropriately!  See everyone tomorrow!
