Skill/Warm Up

-Wall Climbs 2x5

-Turkish Get-ups 2x5

 WOD

-For Time

40 Show Hand Push-ups

30 Pull-ups

Run 400 Meters

10 Wall Climbs

30 Box Jumps (28"/ Games Standard)

Run 400 Meters

10 Turkish Get-ups (53/35)

30 Kettlebell Swings

-Push Press 

3x5 (Warm Up Sets)

WOD

Partner 1

-Every Minute on the Minute for 10 Minutes Perform 5 Push Press at 80% of your 1 rep max

*If you don't have a 1 rep max then you won't do the Every Min on the Min and you will build up to a 1 rep max instead.

Partner 2

-Every Minute on the Minute for 10 Minutes Perform 25 Air Squats

 This is just a friendly reminder about those of you whom bring your children to the gym with you.  We absolutely LOVE having them in the gym as they are the future of our sport.  I don't think enough can be said about putting children in positive situations when they are younger and hopefully we are creating that type of environment here at CrossFit Terre Haute.  With that said though,  if you are going to bring your children to the gym they MUST remain seated at all times or remain outside of the gym.  We have had an issue lately with kids swinging on the rings, ropes, climbing on the GHD machine, playing with the rowers, being on the floor while people are working out, etc....This can't happen and won't be tolerated going forward.  We don't want your children to get hurt so please be sure that they remain either seated or outside playing at all times.  If this issue continues children will not be allowed in the gym moving forward.

Thank you so much for your understanding with this matter.
