*Try and show up a little early and get warmed up.  We will be running 2 heats in each class and each heat will have a 30 minute cap on it.  I plan on starting the 1st heat in each class by no later than five after!

-Front Squat 5,5,5,5,5 (This will be done with a partner and have a 20 Minute Time Cap.  After a couple of warm up sets you'll gradually increase weight until you reach your heaviest 5 for the day.)

-500 Meter Row For Time
