*Light day today in hopes of our muscles recovering a little bit from the previous two heavy days!  Come ready to work hard and loosen up those muscles!

-Every Minute on the Minute for 10 Minutes 

Do 5 Push Press @ 85% 1 Rep Max (Once you fail to get 5 reps in a minute your done)

-For Time (10 Minute Cap)

30 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (95/65)

40 Wall Balls

50 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
