 Starting Sunday March 4th, 2012 the class schedule will be changing a little bit.  Take a look under "Membership" for the full class schedule.  Any questions let us know!

Just a reminder that the CrossFit Open starts this week. Every Wednesday for the next 5 weeks a new workout will be posted. Starting this upcoming Saturday we'll be doing that week's workout. If your going to be in attendance we will have a heat sign up sheet at the front desk. You must sign up if your going to be doing the workout even if your not doing the CrossFit Open.

On another note we won't be accepting drop in visitors anymore. Due to an increase in members we aren't able to accomodate like we used to. If you know someone that is wanting to join have them contact us about getting started in On Ramp. Any questions on anything let us know :)
