*Please arrive early to complete the warm up on the board.  We'll be starting the 1st heat right when class begins!  :)  Please remember that all WODs at CrossFit Terre Haute are completely scalable!  See you all tomorrow!

 -We'll be offering a 10am class on MWF starting in late May or early June.  Stay tuned for further details.

-The 6:30 am class on Friday's is permanently cancelled due to lack of participation.

-Starting Monday April 30th you'll be required to sign up for all classes online.  This includes the 8am and 12pm class as well as the future 10am class.  The only one you won't have to register for is the 9am on Saturday mornings.  

-If you guys have any questions or concerns please let us know:)

Buy in: 30 Toes to Bar and 30 Pull-ups

With remaining time perform as many rounds and reps as possible of the following

30 yard Broad Jump

30 yard Bear Crawl

10 Handstand Pushups

Burpees
