OT3M x 8 sets

4 front squats ( building weight or heavy across)

 

WOD:

3 Minute max burpee box jumps (25/21)

3 Minute max air squats

3 Minute max mucle ups/ C2B

There has been a Sunday class added for 4/28/13. This is not a regular occuring class and will be treated as an "Open gym" day. Feel free to come in and train skills, strength, or whatever you would like. The team going to regionals will be doing team style WODS at this time, feel free to jump in and motivate!
