This is just a reminder that there are no evening classes (3:30 & 4:30) on Friday. July 19, 2013 and there will be no Saturday class (9:00am)  on July 20, 2013. Sorry for any inconveniences. Please come out and support our athletes at the Gladiator Challenge this Saturday, starting at 8:00 am.

Alright guys things have gotten just a little bit crazy. Although we love the gym atmoshpere and the drive that you all have to get better, we have to start taking better care of our gym.

Classes and Schedule:  Classes start at the time posted on the webpage, not five minutes early. We have to start getting back to warming up as a class. It is perfectly okay if you want to come in early and work on extra stuff, but if you are planning on participating in the class you will do the warm-up with the class, when the class starts. Please keep scanning in and sign up for classes, one does not replace the other you must do both.

Equipiment: The extra work that people are doing on their own is great, but we must be more respectful. If you are doing extra and its with equipment that is not being used for the class, please put it back when you are done. For example, if you plan to bench and the classes are not benching that day, when you are done put it back where you found it. Our gym is...
