5-10 minutes: "Diane" 21-15-9 deadlifts(225/135) HSPU 

10-15 minutes: "Isabel" 30 snatches (135/95)

* you have five minutes to complete each workout what ever time you have left over for each round you get to rest. If you do not complete the workout within the five minutes you still move on to the next workout. *
