10 am WOD-

 

Partner "FRANRAP"

You can guess as much as you want, but you'll never guess the actual format of the workout... so you might as well just show up and find out first hand :)

5x5 Front Squat heavy across all sets

80-82% 1RM

 

WOD-

AMRAP 17

40 WB (20/14)

30 snatches (75/45)

30 WB

30 snatches (135/75)

20 WB

30 snatches (165/100)

10 WB

30 snatches (210/120)

Here is our New Years schedule-

Monday- normal class schedule

Tuesday- open gym from 6-10am (New Years partner wod starts at 10am)

Wednesday- closed (happy New years)

Thursday- normal class schedule

OTMx10

3 hang squat clean thrusters

*first 8 minutes are OTM, the last 2 minutes become an AMRAP of hang squat clean thrusters

 

WOD-

For time-

50 DU

then

10 Rounds

10 SDHP (95/65)

10 slam ball dynamic pushups (one hand on the ball, push up and switch hands in one motion)

then

50 DU

 

Time to work off those Christmas cookies :)

Dec. 27th- classes will resume as scheduled

4 Ring HSPU
