Alright guys, the time has come to reveal the info for our annual Gladiator Challenge!

This year we'll be doing something a little different. This years Gladiator Challenge Pumpfest competition will be a team competition!! That's right, grab your WOD buddy because this will be a 2 man OR 2 woman competition. The date for the event will be July 19 held at Union Hospital's professional office building parking lot. Unlike last summer, this years Pumpfest will be an all day event. Both the Strongman competition and the CrossFit Pumpfest will be going on at the same time- so make sure you bring your family and friends to spectate the events!

Go to our website (crossfitterrehaute.uhhg.org) and click on the link on the lefthand side to view the registration and other details regarding the event. CFTH members, I have printed out registrations and they are on the front desk!

Movement standards and WODs will be released in weeks prior to the event. A couple things to keep in mind; we will not be accepting...
