50 KBS (53/35)

* 5 burpees OTM

2x4 Push Press (lighter weight across)

2x3 Push Jerk (medium weight across)

2x2 Split Jerk (heavy across)

*no percentages. you chose the weights. Working on OH positioning

*super-set with praying bench stretch (especially if you lack OH flexibility)

20 hang cleans (165/105)
