Push-ups 10 (dead stop on the floor)

800 meter run buy in. 
Then in remaining time, AMRAP: 
 
40 double unders 
20 wall balls 
10 pull-ups 
 
Exit: 
Band shoulder x 20 sec each 
Scorpion x 30 each 
Lying leg swing hold x 30 sec each
