"Luce" more like Lucifer! I tried to get 1-2 muscle ups per round. The first mile isnt bad however after those air squats...well it felt like sandbags were attached to my legs. I still managed to finish at 44:30. I will say that I am SOOOOOO GLAD that I did this workout this morning, because this would be aweful at 84 degrees! Lots of good effort this morning by everyone!

Good luck to everyone doing the WOD this afternoon! Bring water!!

I did this wod at home this evening....Yes, 84 degrees was AWFUL while running. Instead of pull up and dips I had to improvise and do dips only. I did 10 dips each round which I was hoping would be close to 3 pull ups and 3 dips. I ran up and down my driveway, it is 400 meters and it has a hill, like what we are used to running. The white rock made it more difficult though. Glad to be done with this wod, but glad I did it!! Need to make sure I can run at least 5 miles before we tackle the Military/Civilian Combine in Virginia this April :)
Wods are never the same on my own. Glad to be back at the box in the am!!!

Maybe one day I will hate running less...until then I just trudge along, hoping to be hit by a car and end the misery. 2 rds, 450 m for me today. Ugh.

After reading Jodi's FB post I realized I didn't do nearly enough, dang it. 30 dips is NOT equivilent to 90 pull ups. I obviously misread something :(

I was so nervous before this workout. Had myself completely psyched out. It was really hard but I felt like I did pretty good. That's my type if workout....endurance. Finish the WOD at 56:31. Was so glad I finished. Pull ups weren't pretty but didn't use a band. My hands are completely torn up. Was NOT fun taking a shower last night. But that mist make me a Crossfit junkie cause I'm coming back tonight! Good job everyone!

Pathetic is the only way to describe my performance. My insomina is back with a vengence and I find it very hard to eat when I don't sleep. Last night the nasty combination of no sleep and little food hit me like a truck. I didn't even come close to finishing this WOD. I was 100 meters from finishing the 3rd mile at the time limit. I made myself complete the pull ups, dips, and squats on the final round and finished the entire thing in just under 75 minutes. I am taking Wednesday off. Big Momma needs some recovery time. Great job to Mimi; she rocked this one!
